Important Baggage Information

Coach Tours – Baggage Policy & Travel Tips

To ensure a comfortable and safe trip for all passengers, please read the following baggage information before your departure.

✔️ Carry-on Bag

Each passenger may bring:

  • 1 handbag OR 1 backpack
  • Maximum weight: 5 kg / 11 lb

Your carry-on bag must fit:

  • in the overhead compartment, or
  • under the seat in front of you.

Tips:

  • Keep valuables, medications, passport, wallet, and phone with you.
  • Bring water, light snacks, and comfortable items for the ride.

✔️ Checked Baggage

Each passenger is allowed:

  • 1 FREE checked baggage
  • Maximum weight: 23 kg / 50.7 lb

Checked baggage will be stored in the luggage compartment of the coach.

Important:

Please clearly label your baggage with:

  • your name
  • phone number
  • or contact information

This helps avoid confusion or baggage mix-ups during the trip.

✔️ Additional Baggage

If you need to bring extra baggage:

  • $5 per additional checked bag / per day
  • Payable to the tour guide during boarding

As storage space is limited, we recommend traveling light whenever possible.

✔️ Baby Strollers

Baby strollers are accepted on our tours.

However:

  • strollers must be folded properly;
  • they must be stored in the luggage compartment while passengers are on the bus;
  • they cannot remain in the aisle or seating area for safety reasons.

Before departure, check the weather forecast of your destination and pack accordingly.

✔️ Wear Comfortable Clothing

For coach tours, we recommend:

  • comfortable shoes;
  • easy-to-wear clothing;
  • a light jacket, as air conditioning may feel cool.

✔️ Keep Essentials in Your Carry-on

We recommend bringing:

  • passport and travel documents;
  • personal medications;
  • phone charger;
  • earphones;
  • water bottle;
  • light snacks.

✔️ Avoid Overpacking

Heavy luggage can be difficult to handle during hotel stops and transfers.

✔️ Secure Your Luggage

Make sure your luggage is properly closed and durable enough for transportation.
